Head of the Youth Ministry in the Archdiocese of Saigon-Ho Chi Minh City, and Executive Secretary of the
Youth Ministry Committee of the Episcopal Conference of Vietnam. Ordained to the priesthood in 1999, he is Parish Priest of the Mactynho Parish in the Saigon-Cho Quan district of the Archdiocese of Saigon-Ho Chi Minh City.
