The Christian believes that a person’s image of God shapes one’s view of reality—which includes one’s vision of life, humanity, and the world—and vice versa. And since the very core of Christian faith is the belief in a God who is Trinity, the Christian is called to live life in a Trinitarian way. But how does one go about it?
In this book, The Trinity in Ratzinger’s Eyes, the author presents how the theology of Joseph Cardinal Ratzinger (Pope Benedict XVI) can help the reader to understand more deeply the significance of the Christian belief in the Holy Trinity in one’s daily life of faith, and to live life more authentically human—i.e., a life that images the one true God who is triune. Moreover, this book introduces Ratzinger’s view of the Trinity in a systematic way, which will help readers have a better grasp of his Trinitarian theology and its implications, particularly in his vision of humanity.
